overheads, but there is more to it than that. We have been able to bring our prices
down by buying in bulk and then passing this discounts on to you, our customer.
We don't have the retail overheads that others may have but we do have a 400sq meter
warehouse packed with all of the fast moving ink and toner cartridges needed. To
add to this we have spent many years developing systems that allow us to keep our
overheads down to a bare minimum.

How long does delivery take?
We use Australian Air Express and Australia Post who can offer next day delivery
of in stock items to all capital cities and major centres.Some of the further out
of the way towns could be reached within 2 days. For more detailed information please

Do I need to be home to accept
the delivery?
We would always suggest that there be someone home to accept the delivery of an
item as it avoids unnecessary delays with your order. Should someone not be home
at the time of delivery why not leave us instructions where we can leave the item
safely or have it delivered to your work place.

Do you deliver to a PO Box?
Yes. We use Australia Post as well as Australian Air Express for all of our deliveries
so we are very happy to deliver to your PO Box.

What payment methods do you
have?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
We also accept Paypal and Bank Transfers. All options are available on the payment
page of our web site.

Is your web site secure?
We use 256bit data encryption to secure your details when orders are being placed.
We have also partnered with eWay to process all of our payments on their secure
servers. Please note that we DO NOT keep your payment details on file.

What are the delivery charges?
All orders over $75 with Cartridges Direct are delivered free of charge. All orders
under $75 are charged with a flat fee of $7.95. The exception to the free delivery
policy is the delivery of printers as these are often very heavy and bulky items
making them very expensive to deliver.

Will I receive a tax invoice
with my order?
All orders are shipped with a GST tax invoice attached and a soft copy is emailed
once the order has been shipped from our warehouse.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes! We welcome customer pickups from our warehouse in Dandenong but please do call
ahead to ensure stock that the item is in stock. We do also recommend that you place
an order through our website and mark in the shipping instructions that pick up
is required as this will prevents delays when you come to pick up your order. Please
note that we only accept credit card and cash for pickups, EFTPOS is not available.

What is your return procedure?
If any product supplied by Cartridges Direct is faulty then please call or email
to let us know. Someone from our team will then issue a Return Authorisation form
and have it emailed to you. Once this has been issued the goods must be returned
to us within 7 days so that your item can be returned to the vendor for them to
inspect. Once the vendor has deemed the product to be faulty a credit will be issued
to you and returned back to your credit card or Paypal account. The exception to
this policy is Samsung, OKI and Xerox, these vendors require the customer to contact
them directly where they will either issue a case number or offer a replacement
to you.

What if I ordered the wrong
item?
No problem at all. If you have ordered the wrong item and it is still in its original
packaging please give us a call and we will issue a Return Authorisation form for
you, please note that all items ordered incorrectly MUST be reported within 7 days
of receipt and MUST be in the original packaging and in a fully resalable condition,
ABSOLUTELY no exceptions.
