Hewlett Packard will not accept any expired, refilled or remanufactured ink cartridges. Ink cartridges will also be checked against HP’s minimum return weights. If a cartridge is below this weight, then HP will classify it as empty. To check the expiry date on HP ink cartridges please see the reverse of the HP ink packaging. HP toner cartridges will require a print sample of the fault, and are tested under the same process as the ink cartridges.
Should a product need to be returned to Cartridges Direct for any reason please we require a copy of our Returns Authorisation to be completed and then returned by fax to 03 9792 5500. Once returned we will email a copy of our returns authorisation form to you. This form MUST be attached to the goods before return. Failure to do this could result in your order missing or being rejected. A copy of our form can be downloaded here.

We understand that when you place an order online you expect speedy delivery times so we use Australian Air Express to handle the majority of our consignments. Australian Air Express will deliver to all capital cities and major towns next day, for some of the more remote areas, delivery can take up to 2-3 days.

Same day delivery is available for most major capital cities. Stock availability and cut off times do apply so please call 1300-765-575 for any urgent deliveries.
We endeavour to keep all items well stocked so that we can ensure next day delivery where ever possible. Unfortunately this isn’t always possible with such a large range of items and stock outages do occur. If there is an extended delay with a product one of our staff members will call to advise you. Unlike most courier companies Australian Air Express is able to deliver to PO Boxes and this is our recommended option. Australian Air Express will not leave any consignment without first obtaining a signature, the only exception to this is if you leave express permission for the consignment to be left. We recommend that if you request the item to be left please ask for it to be left out of sight. Shipping instructions can be left at the time of placing an order.
If security is a problem then we would recommend having the item shipped to your work place or a place where someone will be available to sign for the item.

The internet retailer offering the lower price must have the product currently in stock and available for immediate delivery. Does not apply to internet retailers offering special promotions such as free giveaways, door prizes, rebate offers, coupon offers, quantity discounts, special orders and/or membership requirements for buyers and/or sellers.
The internet retailer must be a fully operating business in Australia. Auction sites do not qualify for the price guarantee, nor do classifieds ads of a sole entity selling a single item(s) such as a listing seller on Ebay.
Cartridges Direct will not mark down all on-hand stock.
If a competitor's ad includes the quantity a customer must buy at an advertised price, Cartridges Direct will maintain the same quantity limitations.
We reserve the right to limit quantities sold to a customer.
For a fair price comparison all other charges from both parties will have to be taken into consideration (shipping and handling, GST, credit card surcharges etc.)
Items that have been price-matched are not eligible for additional discounts.
Price matching is not available for previously placed orders.
We reserve the right to decline to price match if the product is under our cost.
