When you buy from us, you buy with the confidence of knowing that we are continually monitoring our prices to ensure that we are delivering you the best possible product at the very best price.

We will match any of our competitors like for like price.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The Price Match item must be identical to the Cartridges Direct item, and the product must be new and unopened or damaged. (in the same condition)
2. Our Price Match Guarantee applies to online orders only.
3. The internet retailer offering the lower price must have the product currently in stock and available for immediate delivery.
4. Does not apply to internet retailers offering special promotions such as free giveaways, door prizes, rebate offers, coupon offers, quantity discounts, special orders and/or membership requirements for buyers and/or sellers.
5. The internet retailer must be a fully operating business in Australia. Auction sites do not qualify for the price guarantee, nor do classifieds ads of a sole entity selling a single item(s) such as a listing seller on Ebay.
6. Cartridges Direct will not mark down all on-hand stock.
7. If a competitor's ad includes the quantity a customer must buy at an advertised price, Cartridges Direct will maintain the same quantity limitations.
8. We reserve the right to limit quantities sold to a customer.
9. For a fair price comparison all other charges from both parties will have to be taken into consideration (shipping and handling, GST, credit card surcharges etc.)
10. Items that have been price-matched are not eligible for additional discounts.
11. Price matching is not available for previously placed orders.
12. We reserve the right to decline to price match if the product is under our cost.
13. Cartridges Direct reserves the final right to determine eligibility for this Price Match Guarantee
