Payment Terms:
Cartridges Direct accept the following forms of payment:

* For direct deposit customers please ensure that you use the reference number emailed to you at time of order confirmation. Failure to do so will result in orders being delayed until monies can be reconciled.

Credit Terms:
A credit facility is available upon request to our business customers. Cartridges Direct are pleased to provide a 30 days from date of invoice account to approved customers. Cartridges Direct reserves the right at all times and without notice to;

a:   Refuse to provide credit.
b:   Stop credit.
c:   Withdraw any discount or volume offerings.
d:   Require a fresh credit application.

Prices:
Cartridges Direct will endeavour to provide competitive pricing at all times. However due to market fluctuations we reserve the right to change our published pricing at any time.

Stock:
All products are sold subject to availability and prior sales.

Warranty:
All products purchased from Cartridges Direct are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. As a distributor of Original Equipment manufactured (OEM) products, Cartridges Direct CAN NOT credit or replace any products until they are proven to be faulty by the manufacturer. Furthermore, many OEM's have policies in place covering warranty of goods, which may in its self delay the processing or credits by Cartridges Direct. To make a warranty claim on any products, please ensure that you have the latest Cartridges Direct Return Authorisation form and that a Returns Authorisation Number is allocated to you. If you do not have one of these forms or one can not be downloaded from www.cartridgesdirect.com.au please contact us on 03 9786 9055 where one of our friendly staff members will be only to happy to provide assistance.

Returns Policy:
Within 7 days of receipt of your goods, you may return any of the following items to, for a refund (we will also refund the freight cost if the return is because of our mistake):

• Any product in its original condition with original packaging and accessories Any unopened (must be still in its plastic wrap) CD, DVD, software, video game, cassette tape, vinyl record, or VHS video tape.
• We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from www.cartridgesdirect.com.au
• We cannot exchange or credit items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 7 days after shipping will be charged a restocking fee of $25 or 10% at our discretion. We cannot accept items returned that are in unsellable condition, or that have missing parts.

No returns are allowed or accepted without first attaining written authorization from Cartridges Direct, there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. You will need to either email or call us to attain an RA number (returns authorization number), please provide all details of the original order including:

a:   Your order number.
b:   Original order date.
c:   Your name.
d:   Your email address.

To help with our continual improvement a description of the fault and sample prints would be appreciated, this will assist us in providing all relevant feedback to our partners.
Please make sure that when your order is returned it is clearly labeled with the RA number and that it is marked for the attention of the returns department.

Title:
The customer acknowledges that legal title to the products supplied, remains the property of Cartridges Direct until full payment has been received. The customer acknowledges that they are in possession of any products purchased, solely as bailee for Cartridges Direct until such time as the products have been paid for in full, or returned.

Trade Marks:
Cartridges Direct does not authorise any customer to use PD or manufacturer trademarks names or associated materials. Written approval must be obtained from PD or the relevant manufacturer.

Dispute Accounts:
Should a dispute ever arise regarding the account, all items not in dispute on the account remain due and payable within the terms agreed upon from the original date of the invoice. All other terms set out above remain enforceable.

Liability:
Cartridges Direct will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to persons or to the property of the customer or any other person arising out of the use or possession of any Cartridges Direct products sold by or delivered to the customer. No other warranty is expressed or implied as to the quality or fitness of the products for any particular purpose or otherwise.
