Extreme weather impacting postal services in NSW and QLD
Continued impacts due to flooding and extreme weather conditions in NSW and QLD are affecting our ability to transport and deliver mail and parcels.
Delivery has resumed to all postcodes, however, local safety and access issues in some areas means there may still be some delivery delays.
The safety of our people and the community is our priority. Tracked items are being scanned and Express Post and StarTrack Premium items are also being prioritised wherever possible.
We’ll continue to provide updates as information becomes available.
The following Community Postal Agencies are closed:
- North Haven
An important update on the extreme weather affecting NSW and Southern Queensland.
Due to the severe weather event and road closures in parts of metropolitan, regional NSW and parts of Queensland, our carriers are advising of delays to normal delivery services.
