What is MY PRINTERS?

MY PRINTERS is a quick and simple way for you to save your printer to your customer account. Once done, you will be able to reorder the supplies for your printer in just a couple of clicks of your mouse. Making ordering with CartridgesDirect even easier than it has been before.

How do I add to MY PRINTERS?

Using our printer finder to find your printer just click the add to MY PRINTERS button located on the right-hand side of the page, you will notice that the icon will change to a green tick once it has been added.

I added my printer, how do I access it in the future?

Now that you have added to MY PRINTERS you simply need to log into your customer account and from the menus click on the MY PRINTERS link. You will see a link called MY PRINTERS or underneath this will be a list of all of your printers that you have added.

How do I add these items to my shopping basket?

You have two options to do this. If you would like to buy all of the items in your list you can click the orange 'add list to cart' button. Alternatively, if you would only like selected items you can click on the name of your list which will view all of the items contained. Click the radio button for the items that you wish to order and then click 'add items to cart'.

Can I remove items that I'll never purchase?

Absolutely. To do this click into the printer list you would like to edit. Click on the radio button for the item you would like to remove and then click the down arrow next to the 'add items to cart' button. When you click this you will see another button where you can remove the item.

If you remove the wrong item by mistake simply remove the printer from MY PRINTERS and add again.
